This is my third and last post of the "WHERE TO EAT IN SEATTLE" series, so I'm wrapping things up with my utmost favorite restaurant we visited — Ernest Loves Agnes in the North Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The wonderfulness of this quaint Italian restaurant is indescribable through words — not only is it incredibly aesthetically appealing, but also the food was nothing short of delectable. Even the people there — the restaurant staff and neighborhood attendees — largely contributed to the beautifully soft and whimsical aesthetic of the restaurant as a whole. It's evident that so much thought, creativity, and attention to detail went into the establishment of this unique spot.

The menu is incredible (you can find it linked here). We started off with these "Harissa Glazed Rainbow Carrots with Spiced Yogurt" (pictured above). Not only was this dish beautifulbut also it was absolutely heavenly. Who would've know that carrots — the fairly plain vegetable that they are — could be transformed into such a sophisticated dish featuring such elegantly complex flavors? Just looking at the photo makes me want to relive the exquisite first bite all over again...

Also, I love the fact that assorted china is used, as such move serves as a perfect representation of the acute attention to detail and eclectic, enchanting style of the restaurant overall (as does the abundance of greenery; the mixture of both marble and wooden tabletops; the incorporation of the dainty, floral center pieces; the use of simple, chic napkins; the stunning graphic design of the menu; the whimsical signage; the bright lighting and many windows; the all-embracingly cohesive and inviting color palette; and so much more.

I ordered the "Margarita Pie" (pictured above); my aunt ordered the "Prosciutto Pie" (the post's first picture); and my dad ordered the "Pappardelle with Beef, Pork and Pancetta Bolognese" (pictured below). All three were incredibly delicious — we were nearly licking the plates come the end of the meal...
